Very unprofessional behaviours on behalf of the staffs. Very poor hygine and no cleanliness from the hotel management. Extremely ill managed hotel depending on a single staff  who does not understand anything apart from begging for tips during checkout. Checkout time is 7 am which is very unusual when compared with other hotels of Puri. The worst part is on the day of check out they will irritate the guests from 6 am by ringing door bell constantly for checking out. The hotel charges unreasonably high rates despite poor room conditions and a complete lack of maintenance. Management is extremely weak, and the staff is unprofessional and poorly coordinated. The bedsheets were stained and unclean, which made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating. The staff was also very reluctant to provide basic amenities. Good place to stay at a budget friendly price. It is best for bachelor's and people traveling alone.
